We are so happy and proud to announce that PhysioCraft has emerged as 2022 Physiotherapy Provider of the year by the The National Healthcare Excellence Award (NHEA)! The NHEA is one of the most anticipated annual healthcare events in Nigeria which celebrates distinguished personalities and organizations who are contributing to the health sector in Nigeria. It is a merit based and rigorously screened process where nominations are accepted by the general public in the first round of selections. The panel members who conduct the screening are renowned personalities who critically examine and review the clinical personnel and processes, data protection and privacy protocols, customer satisfaction and quality assurance methods. There is also an on-site visit where inspection of equipment and facilities is done. Despite the high standards set by the organizers, PhysioCraft has emerged as the best physiotherapy center in Nigeria!
It is so amazing and humbling to realize that PhysioCraft is the best physiotherapy center in Lagos and the best physiotherapy center in Abuja where we are currently located. This is particularly great news and a motivation to do more for our clients and partners as we know that we were nominated by those who have tested and trusted our services over the years.
It has been a long road to get to this point. We recall with nostalgia that we have been nominated several times in the past as the best physiotherapy clinic in Lagos and Abuja and are glad to have won the award this time. PhysioCraft started as a one-woman clinic providing home care services to clients and we have now grown to two locations in Lagos and Abuja with eighteen (18) members of staff. Asides the quality of care PhysioCraft provides to clients and the mutually beneficial relationship we have with partners, PhysioCraft is known to be an industry trail-blazer. For instance, our model and frame-work ensures we recruit and retain highly motivated staff who are committed to the success of the organization and support clients recovery journey; Because we are sensitive to the needs of our clients, we were the first one-step center to offer physiotherapy, speech and occupational therapy in a single location for ease of access. While we celebrate this award by the NHEA as the Physiotherapy provider of the year in Nigeria, we are not going to rest on our laurels. We have exciting plans and are poised to deliver more incredible support services to our clients during their recovery journey! We would continue to supersede expectations and be the best physiotherapy clinic in Nigeria, in Lagos and in Abuja.
